Yeah...this is killing me. Today seems to be cooler. I'm hoping it'll be under 80 degrees by 5:30 when I have my track workout...It was 100 degrees here yesterday too...amazing.
Yas - you're running a half this weekend? La Jolla? Boo hoo. I'm running next weekend. (PCRF in Irvine). It's always cool to run across other bloggers/tweetwers/forumites at races. Good luck!
